Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

Work-Sync provides software development, workflow automation, custom integration consulting services, and SaaS products on a contract basis. All billing terms, including refund eligibility and cancellation conditions, are defined in the individual client contract and service agreement.

2. Refund Policy

All payments made to Work-Sync are non-refundable. This applies to:

  • Monthly and annual subscription fees for SaaS products
  • Software development and consulting service fees
  • Setup, onboarding, and implementation fees
  • Add-on services and feature customizations

Once a payment has been processed, it will not be reversed or credited. Clients are encouraged to review their contract terms carefully before committing to a package.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms are governed by the specific contract and package agreement between Work-Sync and the client. Key points include:

  • Minimum commitment period: Varies by package and is defined in the client's service agreement. Cancellation before the end of the minimum commitment period is subject to the terms outlined in the contract.
  • Cancellation notice: Clients must provide written cancellation notice to contact@inworksync.com as specified in their contract.
  • Effective date: Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Access to services will continue until that date.
  • No partial refunds: No refunds or credits will be issued for unused portions of a billing period.

4. SaaS Product Subscriptions

For SaaS products built and operated by Work-Sync (including Coverage Creatives), the following applies:

  • Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) as defined in the client agreement.
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled in writing before the renewal date.
  • Downgrading a plan takes effect at the next billing cycle.

5. Disputes

If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us at contact@inworksync.com within 30 days of the charge. We will review the matter and respond within 5 business days.
